The Ranch is a unique, beautiful 900 acre property in the heart of the Sawtooth and White Cloud Mountains, with Lodge and Cabins on the National Register of Historic Places, surrounded by more wilderness than anywhere in the lower 48 States, with a guest capacity of 42-50 people. A personalized, professional service is provided to our interesting guests by a well trained, fun staff of 23.

Employment Policies:

All employees are salaried and work a 5 day 40 hour week, allowing time to enjoy this spectacular area. Room and board is provided.

Meals:

Breakfast is served in the dining room with guests, lunch is a serve yourself buffet to accommodate varied employee schedules. Dinner is served from 5-6 each evening.

Travel:

The closest major airport is Boise, Idaho, and shuttle service can be obtained from Boise to Sun Valley, Idaho. Sun Valley is approximately 1 hour from the Ranch, and employees can be picked up there if necessary.
